Executive Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive
Jacqueline Brock is executive vice president and chief nurse executive (CNE) at Harris Health System. With more than 30 years of nursing leadership experience, Brock has played critical roles in advancing healthcare organizations throughout her career. After holding several leadership positions at Parkland Health in Dallas, she has served as the division vice president of clinical education for the North Texas Division of HCA, Medical City Healthcare. In this role, she oversaw and centralized the division’s clinical education program and led the implementation of new professional development and competency models. Brock also established local academic partnerships to further graduate RN development.
Brock joined Harris Health as a member of the senior executive leadership team. She is responsible for the practice of all professional nursing at Harris Health, which includes creating a culture of safety through collaboration and excellence in clinical care, education, research, and promoting evidence-based practices.
Brock earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Central University in Oklahoma, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.
