Quantity is important, but also eating a variety of fruits and vegetables provides your body with the nutrients it needs to stay healthy.
Eating at least 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables each day is a good goal. We challenge you to track your daily fruit and vegetable intake in the coming weeks. Taste the victory!
To complete the challenge for managing your fruit and vegetable intake, you must record servings for at least 21 of 28 days. Of those tracked days, 14 of them must include eating at least 5 servings of fruits and/or vegetables each day.
